Where can I park?

Parking is available in the parking structure directly across from Shopify. See map below for more details. We’re able to validate up to 2 hours of free parking. To validate your parking, present your ticket to store staff upon entrance or departure.

What are the parking rates?

  • FREE for the 1st and 2nd Hour (with validation)
  • $2.50 for the 3rd Hour
  • $5.00 for the 4th Hour
  • $8.00 for the 5th Hour
  • $12.00 for Daily Max

Are there other ways to get to Shopify LA?

Yes, the ROW DTLA offers a dedicated shuttle service from nearby Metro locations.


Can I bring my business partner or employee to my 1:1  appointment?

You’re welcome to bring up to one additional guest to your appointment.

What happens after I book an appointment?

You’ll receive an email confirmation that includes the details of your appointment, class, or event. The email also includes a link to cancel your reservation if you’re unable to make it.

The next available appointment is next month, but I need help with my Shopify site as soon as possible. Can you still help?

What if I need more than 45 minutes with a community manager in one day?

In order to support the high demand for appointments, we’re keeping appointments at 45 minutes in one session per day. We also offer 24/7, unlimited support via chat and email. Appointments are limited to 2 Shopify coaching sessions per week in order to accommodate all appointment demands. You are however, welcome to work in, and enjoy the space after your appointment.

Do you take walk-in appointments?

Yes, we take walk-in's on a first-come first-serve basis from 10-12pm and 4-7pm on weekdays, as well as 11-12pm and 4-5pm on weekends.

What happens if I’m more than 15 minutes late to my appointment or workshop?

We can only guarantee appointments for their original duration. We can help you reschedule your appointment, and if you need help in the meantime, you can always contact support. In order to limit distractions from the workshop experience for our attendees, we may deny late entry into our workshops. We appreciate your understanding in making our experience distraction-free and enjoyable for all.


Do you have a calendar of events?

Yes we do! Here's our calendar of events. All our workshops and events happening within our space are listed on our calendar. Please visit our calendar prior to your visit to ensure that we are open for the day, as we host private events from time to time. 

I’d like to attend one of your workshops/events, but it’s currently sold out. Can I be put on a waitlist?

We currently don’t keep waitlists for events, but check back often, as availability opens up when other guests cancel their reservations.

I’d like to bring a guest to one of your workshops/events, can I do that?

You are welcome to bring a guest. However, to ensure that we have space for each individual, all guests must be registered prior to attending our workshops/events. Please ensure your guest(s) RSVP's as well.

I’m interested in partnering with Shopify LA on an event. Who can I reach out to?

You can fill out the event request form and we’ll reach out to begin the process if we can accommodate the event.


The space

Is this a co-working space?

Our space is open and welcome to the public. Our seating, however, is limited and reserved for people who’ve booked appointments or workshops with us. Upon booking a service or workshop at the space, you’re welcome to come early and stay late to enjoy the services we offer at Shopify in LA.

Do you offer WiFi?

Yes, we offer complimentary wifi to our guests at Shopify LA with an appointment.


What is your return policy?

In Store Purchases:

Shopify Products (Card Readers Only) - We will provide a refund for items returned within 90 days as long as the product is returned unopened. If card reader has been opened, and item is not defective we will provide refund if returned within 30 days.

Defective items can be replaced after the 30 day period, up to 1 year after purchase and a replacement will be provided (as long as inventory is available in store. Otherwise replacement can be done online through our hardware store)

3rd Party Products - We accept returns within 30 days of purchase as long as item is in working and new condition and is still in original box.

Defective products can be returned within 30 days and a replacement will be provided. If item is defective after 30 days, please contact manufacturer regarding their warranty.

For Online Purchases:

Shopify Products (Card Readers) - If item is defective we will accept the return and provide a replacement. Damaged items purchased online will not be accepted. If item is unopened we can provide a refund to the merchant as long as we are provided with the email address matching initial order.

3rd Party Products - Hardware purchased online must be returned online. Please follow procedure below:

  1. Fill out the return form.
  2. After Shopify reviews your return form, you will be emailed a return label to print. Attach label to shipping carton and drop off at shipping carrier’s location
