About this experience

This workshop is intended for people who are new to Google Ads, and are looking for direction on getting started. Within Google Ads there are a multitude of campaign types you can choose to run. But for online merchants—Shopping campaigns are arguably the best place to start.

In this session we’ll start by defining exactly what Shopping campaigns are. How are they different from other campaign types? And why are they a good place for new online merchants to start?

Then we’ll go through the entire setup from start to finish. Bring your computer and follow along in your own account, and leave with an up-and-running Google Ads Shopping campaign

After we get a basic setup in place we’ll work through a systematic approach for ongoing account management and optimization

    Tony Chopp is the Director of Paid Search at Common Thread Collective, a digital marketing agency in Orange County, CA. He specializes in creating high-performing paid search marketing strategies and eCommerce customer acquisition programs that drive conversion and ROAS.
