About this experience
The two greatest influences on purchase decisions are price, and a recommendation from somebody you trust. Those “somebody’s” used to be Michael Jordan on a Nike Commercial or your friend telling you about their new shoes. Today, they are Mommy Bloggers with 50k followers and Bachelorette winners.
Navigating the influencer marketing space today can be difficult. Who should I go after and when? What level of influencer - Micro or Celebrity? Once I have contacted influencers, what should I have them do?
This masterclass will teach you how to master influencer marketing in the new year, and how to leverage influencer content to your ad accounts - which is where you start to see direct ROI.
In this workshop, you’ll learn:
How to start your influencer program
What type of influencers to go after based on your KPI’s
How to outreach to influencers at any tier
How to leverage influencer content in paid media funnels”
About the instructors
Cody Wittick is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Kynship, an influencer marketing agency located in Orange County, CA.
Prior to starting Kynship with his two other business partners, Cody began his journey at QALO, the brand that created the silicone wedding ring for the active lifestyle. There he grew the ambassador and influencer roster from the ground up - to 85 people including names such as Lebron James, Mike Trout, and Dale Earnhardt Jr. As QALO grew, the influencer roster became as wide-ranging as the product offering: to mommy bloggers, firefighters, outdoors, and even pet influencers.
If it doesn’t have to do with influencer marketing, he enjoys time with his wife, Taylor - at the beach, on a hike, or trying a new coffee shop together. Cody loves his sports teams and is avid about getting outside of your comfort zone - a la traveling or taking self-defense.
Taylor Lagace is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Kynship, an Influencer Marketing Agency that exists to create belonging so that each story is celebrated.
Prior to co-founding Kynship, Taylor worked at Athletes First, an NFL agency, where he was responsible for marketing on behalf of NFL stars, such as Aaron Rodgers, Clay Matthews, and Deshaun Watson. From Athletes First, he transitioned to the digital marketing side of the influencer marketing space by building out the influencer department at Common Thread Collective, a growth agency mainly focusing on Facebook Advertising. Here, Taylor was responsible for creating influencer partnerships on behalf of 30+ brands and running Facebook ads in tandem with influencers.
Taylor’s holistic learning and experience within this space has led him to a greater understanding of influencer marketing, which he hopes to share with others who aim to leverage influencers for the growth of their business.
