About this experience

In this course, we'll cover the basics of getting started in your Klaviyo account, setting up crucial triggered flows, and how to send your first campaign. We'll also discuss segmentation, personalization, reporting, and some tips for planning your BFCM holiday email calendar.

By the end of the course, you'll be ready to create and implement triggered email flows as well as batched campaigns to increase engagement and conversions for your brand.

  • About the instructor

    Mary Miller is an email marketing veteran with a very well rounded set of skills. From strategy to production and deployment to analytics, she has experience building and running successful email programs for a variety of industries including retail, entertainment, subscription services and B2B.


    Currently, Mary is a CRM & Email Strategist at Tinuiti, a performance and data-driven digital marketing agency. She spends her free time attending concerts, watching sports, traveling, and baking elaborately decorated treats for her friends and coworkers.
